Annie Yager

PARTNER

After overseeing the re-branding of Core Building Materials, Inc. and growing their business in multiple markets with great success, Annie is now focused on providing these services to other firms who are seeking her marketing skills in traditional and new media. In addition, she gives back to her community by serving on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross and the Goodwill Theatre, and on the Communications Board for the United Way.

Fun Fact: When Annie is not at Core Built, you can find her on the golf course, in the kitchen cooking (loves Food Network) or out running!

Mark Ketchoyian

PARTNER/ CFO

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Mark always enjoys a round of golf and mountain biking!

Mark is also president of Core Building Materials, Inc. which he grew into a mini-chain of material supply centers in three locations in the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania. After seeing the tremendous benefits that

re-branding and digital marketing did for his stores, Mark created Core Built LLC.

Suzanne Ketchoyian

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Suzanne is a creative director for Core Built and graphic designer. She is also the principal of Rauffenbart Partners, Inc with many years of experience designing for privately- and publicly- held companies, educational institutions, NGOs and government entities. Suzanne's breadth of experience allows her to get the "big picture" as well as attend to the details that result in successful solutions and very happy clients.

Fun Fact: On October 31st, Suzanne can usually be spotted marching in the famous Greenwich Village Halloween Parade dressed up as Cruella DeVille or Reno 911's Deputy Raineesha Williams. Ask her about the hidden places to go in New York City for the best Shanghai dumplings, Italian gelato and coal-oven pizza.
